We ship both locally and internationally. Please note that all hoops are made to order, and shipping timelines depend on the type of order.

Processing Times

• Generic Orders: 1–2 weeks to prepare and ship.

• Custom Orders: 2–3 weeks to prepare and ship.

• Urgent Orders: We do cater to rush orders at an additional charge. Please contact our creative director before placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping Times

• Local Shipping: Standard courier delivery timelines apply.
  We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or political unrest. We’ll do our best to keep you informed if such situations arise.

• International Shipping: Please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for delivery due to international logistics.
