Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if your hoop arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs of the damage. We will review the situation and may offer store credit at our discretion.

  • Store credit will only be issued for damaged items, not for general dissatisfaction or change of mind.
